Welcome to Tsosoloso Gospel Music Academy, a premier institution devoted to empowering worshippers who serve as music ministers within the church music ministry and the wider Gospel Music Industry.
Our school is a type of a wineskin established to offer a comprehensive training program that equips both individuals and teams with the essential skills, musical knowledge and spiritual foundation needed to minister effectively through music.
Our training approach is Word-based, Spirit-filled and uniquely crafted to edify and empower musicians — whether serving in church music teams or pursuing ministry as independent gospel artist.

Train and Develop
We exist to train and develop music ministers, by rekindling passion, restoring dignity, correcting misconceptions and reintroducing the truth about gospel music through structured classes and interactive workshops. Our aim is to equip music ministers with both the spiritual knowledge and technical skill required to serve faithfully with sacred music—upholding the highest standard of excellence while promoting a godly life that reflects the message we sing.

Every 6 months, TGMA proudly graduates a new generation of music ministers, thoroughly equipped in scripture, spiritual formation and sacred music.
Music Ministry Workshop
A gathering of worshippers who serve as music ministers. Real Life Christian Church, in partnership with the Tsosoloso Gospel Music Academy, presents an afternoon of teaching in two sessions — an introduction to the Academy, followed by the Worship and Music Ministry Workshop.

Voices from Alumni
I am Ms. Letlhogonolo Basuti, a music minister from Botswana. I had the privilege of being part of Tsosoloso Gospel Music Academy for a period of twelve months during 2024/2025.
Throughout this time, I was equipped with gospel music ministry ethics—learning how, as a minister, I should conduct myself in matters of character, time management, teamwork, and leadership.
Equally important, I had to unlearn many misconceptions I previously held about worship and the identity of a worshipper. I came to understand that worship is not confined to a select group of individuals; rather, every believer is a worshipper by default. Worship is ingrained in our very being. When God created man, His primary purpose was for man to worship Him. Yet, because of free will, many have chosen to worship idols, ancestors, or material things, forgetting their true mandate.
I can confidently testify that I emerged from this Academy as a transformed child of God, with a renewed perspective. My time here emphasized the importance of maintaining a teachable spirit, enabling me to continue growing in both my ministry and ministration.
